LCWSA is upgrading all water meters to a system that can be read via radio frequency. This system will allow for more efficient meter readings as well as additional data of usage for each meter. If you receive a letter asking to replace your meter, either LCWSA cannot read the current meter installed or we are upgrading your area to the newer remotely read meters. Contact us and we will make an appointment to replace your meter at your convenience.

Lawn repairs are weather dependent. Our goal is to repair all damage from the previous season by July 1. If damage takes place during the planting season, we wait a minimum of two to three weeks for the ground before making permanent repairs.

If your sewer backs up into your home, contact a plumber and stop using water in your home. A plumber will be able to determine the cause of the backup. Keep in mind, if a LCWSA technician is requested and the blockage or issue is determined to be caused by anything other than a blockage in the main sewer line, a fee may be charged to the homeowner.

If your water/sewer bill is higher than normal, check the usage from previous quarters. If you have a higher than normal usage, you may have a leak. Check around your home for dripping faucets, leaky toilets, or if a hose bib is unintentionally left on. Toilets can be silently leaking. Check if the flapper is sealing correctly. If you’ve exhausted you’re search, contact a plumber for assistance. A Field Appointment for a LCWSA technician can be scheduled for a fee of $100. However, the technicians are not plumbers and cannot repair any indoor plumbing.
