Environmental Compliance

The State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) program is designed to eliminate the pollution of New York waters and to maintain the highest quality of water possible. The Authority’s Lakeville, Groveland Station, and Town of Springwater Wastewater Treatment Facilities SPDES permits are listed below.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO), is a web tool developed and maintained by EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance for public use. The ECHO website provides environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement information for over one million regulated facilities nationwide. It also offers information about compliance and enforcement activities at the state level.

Hydrant Testing

Our crews will testing fire hydrants along portions of Big Tree Road, Hamlet of Hemlock, Shelly Road, Poplar Hill Road, Stone Hill Road, South Lima Road, Pebble Beach Road, East Lake Road, and East Groveland Road Wednesday, May 13th, 2026.
